Steps to Create an Email Account in cPanel:
Log into cPanel:
- Access your hosting account’s cPanel by visiting
yourdomain.com/cpanel
- Access your hosting account’s cPanel by visiting
Navigate to Email Accounts:
- Once logged in, scroll down to the Email section and click on Email Accounts.
Click on Create:
- On the Email Accounts page, click the Create button to start setting up a new email account.
Select Domain:
- If you have multiple domains, you can choose the domain you want to create the email address for from the drop-down list.
Enter Email Address:
- In the Username field, type the email address you want to create (e.g.,
info
,support
, or your name). The full email will be likeinfo@yourdomain.com
.

Set Password:
- Create a strong password for your email account. You can either manually enter a password or use the Generate option to let cPanel create one for you.
Set Mailbox Quota:
- You can specify the mailbox quota (the storage limit) for the account. If you want unlimited storage, you can choose the Unlimited option.
Click Create:
- Once all the details are filled in, click the Create button. Your new email account will be created.
Accessing Your Email Account:
After creating the email account, you can access it through Webmail by going to yourdomain.com/webmail
or configure it in an email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, etc.) using the provided IMAP/POP and SMTP settings.
