Add New Email Account in cPanel

Steps to Create an Email Account in cPanel:

  1. Log into cPanel:

    • Access your hosting account’s cPanel by visiting yourdomain.com/cpanel
  2. Navigate to Email Accounts:

    • Once logged in, scroll down to the Email section and click on Email Accounts.
  3. Click on Create:

    • On the Email Accounts page, click the Create button to start setting up a new email account.
  4. Select Domain:

    • If you have multiple domains, you can choose the domain you want to create the email address for from the drop-down list.
  5. Enter Email Address:

    • In the Username field, type the email address you want to create (e.g., info, support, or your name). The full email will be like info@yourdomain.com.
  6. Set Password:

    • Create a strong password for your email account. You can either manually enter a password or use the Generate option to let cPanel create one for you.
  7. Set Mailbox Quota:

    • You can specify the mailbox quota (the storage limit) for the account. If you want unlimited storage, you can choose the Unlimited option.
  8. Click Create:

    • Once all the details are filled in, click the Create button. Your new email account will be created.

Accessing Your Email Account:

After creating the email account, you can access it through Webmail by going to yourdomain.com/webmail or configure it in an email client (e.g., Outlook, Gmail, etc.) using the provided IMAP/POP and SMTP settings.
