I found a database in my cpanel that i do not recognize

Whenever you install an script via Fantastico it automatically creates and Database and database user in cPanel. if you could not recognize the database or you think it was not created by you then most probably it should have been be created by Fantastico. To check you can login to cPanel and visit Fantastico to see the scripts currently installed.
